Privacy policy
This policy covers the self-hosted Tuesday instance that Chris Marin runs for his own use, and the Google data it accesses when a Google account is connected.
What Google data Tuesday accesses
- Your email address and Google account ID (
openid, email), to confirm which Google account is connected. - Only the Google Drive files you choose (
drive.file): spreadsheets you select in the Google Picker, and spreadsheets that Tuesday creates for you. Tuesday cannot see any other file in your Drive.
How the data is used
Tuesday reads and writes the selected spreadsheets only to keep them in step with Tuesday boards that you link to them. It uses the email address only to label the connection and to check that the same account is used when you reconnect.
Where the data is stored
Tuesday runs on infrastructure that Chris Marin controls. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored on the server only. Copied spreadsheet rows are stored in the Tuesday database. No data goes to any service operated by Tuesday's authors.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Tuesday's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access and deleting data
Disconnect the Google connection in Tuesday under Settings, then Integrations, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further reads and writes. To have copied data deleted, use the contact link below.
